Chicken Salad

Here’s my FAVORITE lunch recipe!

I’ll be cutting the grapes for our detox, but it’s still going to be delicious!

Shredded chicken (breasts cooked in a crockpot all day and the shredded with a hand mixer) with Adobo seasoning sprinkled on the chicken. Then add compliant Mayo (Like Primal Kitchen) celery, grapes and walnuts.

Great on lettuce wraps or coconut or egg wraps.
