“I’m new to taking care of myself. How do I start?”
We all need help from time to time. It’s okay to ask for help and admit that you need help because you aren’t alone. Many people we’ve spoken with say that they are good at taking care of others but when it comes to themself, they don’t know where to start. We have a few ways to help you get on track.
STEP 1: Breathe
First, close your eyes and take three deep breaths. We’ll be here when you open your eyes.
STEP 2: Identify Problem Spots
Next, think about how you feel.
- Does your body hurt? If so, what parts? Write down what areas of your body hurt.
- If not your body, do you feel as if you experience brain fog often? Hard to concentrate or focus?
STEP 3: Try a Service
Now that you’ve identified a few areas that need some work, let’s figure out how to fix some of those issues. Of course, depending on your issue will depend on the recommendation we have for you. Start by scrolling through these pictures, matching your issue to the service we have that could help. Make an appointment for the service and see if that service helps your problem spot.
