Quick and Easy Stir Fry

Here is a quick and easy way to make stir fry when you don’t have a lot of time. (You could always use chicken as well). Just throw the steak tips in a pan and start to cook, then I throw the veggies and coconut aminos in and put a lid on it for a few minutes. And ta-da…quick and easy dinner!
 
And remember…coconut aminos are a really yummy substitute for soy sauce!
 
Cauliflower rice is a great substitute for regular rice. Regular rice is a simple carb and will turn quickly into sugar in your body.
 
And FYI…I try not to use microwaves very often, so yes, I usually cook these frozen veggies right in the pan, too.
